Each automatic door package is custom made in the USA. Lead time varies depending on how busy the factory is. Typical lead time is around 3-4 weeks, but can extend if the Factory is extremely busy. Because these automatic door packages are custom made, once you place your order on the website and checkout, there are no order cancellations. If you decide you want to cancel the order 2 weeks later or any other time after you have already checked out, there are no order cancellations and you will not be refunded as these are custom products manufactured per order in the USA. Surface Application (No Sidelite) Description

• This door package is is surface applied to the wall or exterior of the building. There is only 1 moving door panel that can swing out for emergency break out functionality. There is no stationary door panel. This package is typically installed on entrances that do not have enough width or clearance to conceal a Full Breakout or Fixed Sidelite Maverick Automatic Sliding Door package, so a surface application Maverick Automatic Sliding Door is used instead.

• Electrical Requirements: 120VAC, 5Amp Min to power operator by electrical contractor.
• Rough opening shall provide 1/4" shim space on sides and top of package

Product Features

No Track. No Rollers.
No track means our door can't come off track when hit by a cart. Close to 85% of service requests for existing "track and Wheel" doors include the phrase "door off track."

Self Supporting I-Beam Header
Our modified "I" beam header construction virtually eliminates header deflection which is common on "J" shaped headers like the others have. Header deflection is reponsible for excessive, premature wear to costly components such as motors and gearboxes.

Heavy Duty Clip and Screw Assembly
100% clip and screw assembly of door and sidelite resists rack and warp like the "tie rod" joints used by our competition. This helps reduce the effects caused by impact incidents. Our doors are resistant to changing shape and becoming misaligned.

Full Height Interlock
Full height interlocks, which are part of our vertical stiles, seal the space between sliding panels and sidelites completely. This keeps air infiltration to a minimum. And rather than weaken the integrity of the vertical stiles by cutting out sections to receive the surface applied hookstyle interlocks used by our competition, our extruded interlock actually strengthens our vertical stiles.

Removable Bind Free Bottom Guide
We use a simple, yet trouble free pin guide on the bottom of our slide panels. It has no moving parts to seize up. And as the steel pin wears there is no resistance. So our guide doesn't cause wear to expensive components like other "fin and wheel" type guides do. "Fin and wheel" guides collect dirt, gum up, seize up and as they wear, cause undue strain on the gearbox. And when they bind up completely result in a service request because the door panel cannot be moved.

Our control requires no special programmer to set up or make adjustments.
