Automatic Door and Hardware ships merchandise worldwide using FedEx and UPS. Many of the products on www.autodoorandhardware.com will ship for free; if you do not see the FREE SHIPPING icon under the product description, simply add the merchandise to your cart and enter your address to see real time shipping costs.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

• Products may ship separately from different warehouses.

• Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.

• Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.

• "Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

• Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.

Shipping Options

We ship most orders via FedEx. Depending on the size of certain orders a product may be shipped by LTL/common carrier.

Please note that products in aerosol cans such spray paint, lubricant, etc. must be shipped FedEx ground and cannot be shipped by Air Freight (Expedited) due to FedEx safety regulations.

Shipping Costs

We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item. To determine your shipping costs for any product(s), simply add the product to the Shopping Cart and click Check Out. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shipping Options Menu at Check Out before any credit card information is required.

Long items will cost more to ship than the quoted price and shipping fee will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the actual shipping price charged by the courier. Reason: long items are shipped according to dimensional weight instead of actual product weight.

We ship to all locations in the USA as well as Canada. We also offer international shipping to all countries including but not limited to Australia, United Kingdom, Mexico, etc.
